[Resolved]  Ixigo — Money was deducted from my account, but the ticket wasn't booked

Respected sir/madam,
My booking for date- 11/12/2020 for train no. 09115 / DDR BHUJ SPL, was failed, I did not recieve the ticket. But money was deducted from my account.
And still I did not recieve message for my ticket. I have booked my ticket from IRCTC, so I demand a refund.
