[Resolved] Ixigo — money was not refunded

Sir i deduct my money from my account through ixigo app in mobile for booking a train ticket from tatanagar to mumbai on 23/12/2017 ticket was not booked and msg comes that within 10 working days money will be refunded in the account booking id is [protected].. Till now my money of rs 1381 is not refunded and today is 02/01/2018.. Pls help me sir... When was the money will be refund in my account pls give the reply...
