[Resolved]  Ixigo — My refund amount should not reflect in my bank

Respected sir,
My booking failed on 15/11/2020 which trip id is IXITR[protected]My refund amount is 468/- which not credited in my account still today.As per bank statement they told me that I should talk with ixigo.and you told that I have to talk with bank.what to do now.please solve my problem as soon as possible.and give me my refund amount Rs.468/-.Bank ask me RRN no.for further process.I can't reflect RRN no.in Any transaction.please give my RRN no.if you already refund my amount.otherwise I will go for further process by law.

The transaction was voided on 15th November and was reversed to the payment source. Please check your account statement from date of transaction till date or connect with your bank for assistance.
