[Resolved]  Ixigo — never received the ixigo money that i am supposed to get because of flight cancellation by the airlines

Airlines cancelled the ticket because of operational reasons
Paid 960 using my credit card and 1250 fromixigo money
I got only 460 credited to my card till now
Lost 500 bucks and did not get ixigo money 1250 that i used for this booking
The cancellation was done by airlines. Why should i be penalized?

Sorry, got only 535 back instead of 960. Moreover, did not receive my 1250 ixigo cash too...

Hi Team,

After a lot of search, I was able to trace out the email. It went into my other folder. But I see that the coupon has already expired. I have received the coupon mail on 23rd May 2018 and the expiry date of the coupon was 26th May... just three days... How can you expect the customer to redeem it within three days. This does not sound right to me. 3 days is too less for someone to redeem. Can you please re-issue the coupon once again as I have anyways not used my earlier one and it has lapsed now.

Moreover, there is no notification that has been triggered to my mobile. I would highly encourage you to start sending notifications in the form of SMS to mobiles too... I hope you take my input into consideration.
