I cancelled my flight on 25th November. It's been 15 days since my cancellation and Ixigo is yet to confirm my cancellation. I've tried contacting their customer care but they seem unable to solve the issue and are asking to wait 7 more days.
I've already checked the PNR number in the airline website directly where it shows that it has been cancelled. I do not know why this is not being reflected in my Ixigo account. Please resolve this issue asap

My suggestion to this issue would be to send an email explaining the same things as above if it goes over 15 days. Leaving customers with no information in the dark is not seem right. Hopefully, you can implement a method to address this.
