[Resolved] Ixigo — no refund in spite of no train seat booking done | |
On 20 th august, i was booking a seat in sl for bksc hwh 58014 train boarding from bokaro steel city junction on 23rd august, 2019. At that time due to their server error my payment and transaction for booking done but seat had not been booked. Then i applied for money refund and was requested to wait for 5 days for completion of refunding. But 5 days has been over and no update about processing of refunding has been informed.
