Hi Team,
This complaint is in regards to ticket booked on 30th Nov'15, PNR: #JTQKW. I haven't received any cashback or any mail from your team.
You customer care team is very ridiculously handling our issues, When I asked who will not go for claiming cashback Sakshi (Customer care representative) told that it's your fault you should have clicked on the link.
If by any chance we missed to click on any not required link to claim cashback then it's your duty to aware customer of the cashback they are eligible for.
I want resolution on this matter ASAP.
