[Resolved]  Ixigo — Non refund of money of failed booking of train tickets

I have purchased 5 tickets on 2nd september 2022 from Howrah to Puri for 14th November 2022 online from ixigo. But the booking has failed and I transfer my money from ixigo money accounts Rs. 5459/- to my bank account from where I purchased the tickets. Ixigo has send me in whatsapp that my money is already credited to my bank account but in reality till date my money is not transfered yet to my bank account. When I call to their customer care number they told me that within 72 hours it will be transfered. Now today i.e on 4th september 2022 they are telling that it will take 7 days. When I ask them to provide me the transaction ID if they transfer my money to my bank account they fail to provide me the same. Please take necessary action against ixigo, so, I can refund my money from ixigo.
