[Resolved]  Ixigo — Not got full refund if flight was cancelled by airlines

I booked a flight on 8th September and I paid around 3514 but flight was cancelled by airlines due to operational reasons but in that I got only refund amount of 2500. Ixigo has cut 1000 cancellation charges even flight was cancelled by airlines indigo.Why should I bear the loss of 1000 if I had not cancelled it .I need my full refund.They have cut it in the name of cancellation. I have attached the airlines website refund that goes into ixigo account.I need my full refund amount.

Hi there, we can see the remaining amount was also refunded on 18th September and should be credited within 5-7 days. Please let us know for anything else.
