purchased additional buggage from airiasia portal under this PNR#J24P9C and ticket has been booked from ixigo. I received the refund for the ticket and they deduct the airline cancellation charges of rs 236 and flight has been cancelled by airline.
And still I did not receive the refund for additional buggage which I purchased directly from airline and while I contacted with ixigo they are saying you purchase from the airline you need to contact to airline and I contacted with airline they are saying this pnr belong to third party so you need to contact ixigo.
Please help on this and provide my refund and with airline deductions which they deduct in ticket.
