Ixigo — not refund of money

I have booked 2 tickets from Ayodhya to Bhagalpur dated 6.01.2017 . I hi forget password and my money is debited but ticket not issued . Pls return my money at earliest
Sir ixigo have many problems due to we people are suffering if ticket is not booked refund should be within 3 days . But unfortunately I am feeling sad . I have done payment by credit card .hence personal request to look into the matter and give me reply
