Ixigo — Online train ticket

I booked my ticket through ixigo trains for aligarh on 22nd september 2020 ... The ticket was not confirmed and it was on waiting 2 and 3 .. Its been 20 days now and i havent recieved any refund as such in my account... Its around 3200 and its a lot so please look into this matter.. The PNR reference is

We can see the refund was successful on 25th September and should have been credited by now.
