Ixigo — payment deducted but no booking confirmation

While booking a flight I made the payment from my UPI app but after that it took me to the app's Home Page. There was no notification or message from Ixigo but the amount has been deducted from my account.
I couldn't find any customer helpline no. The only thing provided was an email address.
I have sent a mail with snapshot of my payment details but I'm still waiting for a reply. Required to book this on an urgent basis.
Can I please get a quick resolution to this?
