[Resolved] Ixigo — Payment got deducted but booking doesn't complete no response of refund | |
Hello, My name is Arya. On 05/04/2021 at morning I tried to book train from aluva to kota for 18/04/2021 for 2 passengers in ixigo app. After completing the blanks the page got opened for payment gateway on that page I put my mothers upi id [protected]@oksbi and continued the payment after 2-3 minutes the payment got deducted but the booking doesn't get completed. After 15-20 minutes I got a msg from ixigo app in whatsApp that a refund of Rs 4694 is processed and will reflect to your account on 05/04/2021 at 11.But till now the payment not get reflected. I'm sharing you the msg and money debited from my mother's bank account receipt with this msg.
