I made a transaction evening from you app and it was successful. I have not received the ticket and after checking with my bank i got to know that transaction was successful and money got deducted towards merchandise that is ixigo. I made the transaction through upi. I have also checked with irctc and they have not received any payment and they also told that money is stuck with ixigo What happened to my money?
