Ixigo — Payment not received after booking

Address:Gurukrupa, near bank road, pantheerankavu

I have booked 3 tickets from Delhi to Calicut on 21/11/2022 and the ticket was not booked and the money has been debited from the account. Also there was no information showing about the booking details. So please give me an update about this or please do the refund as soon as possible.
