[Resolved]  Ixigo — payment refund against cancelled ticket

Sir,
1. My ixigo booking reference number is if[protected] and my pnr number is dpj4gr.. Indigo flight number 6e 2148 from del to sxr on 12 jan 20..

2. Due to bad weather conditions flight cancelled by concerned agency.. But the refund generated by indigo through ixigo still pending.. Payment still pending at ixigo flight payment.

3. Please do needful action against ixigo flight service. Document attached in annexure.

After complaining to consumer complaints forum within two days the reply came from ixigo for refunding of amount has been proceed. finally today my account credited claimed amount.
Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I booked 3 flight tickets today from your app (ixigo app), money got deducted but after payment neither message nor any mail received so far.

My flight was cancelled by the airlines itself (Emirates). I have booked tickets using ixigo website. I'm asking for refund, I have contacted through customer care number in Ixigo, they have cancelled my ticket and gave an email address( [protected]@ixigo.com) and asked me to send the mail sent by airlines cancelling the flight. But, gmail is showing this address doesn't exist. I have forwarded this mail to [protected]@ixigo.com, which is showing that it is not in use. Please help me.
