Ixigo — payment successful but it not updated in app.

I have booked one flight ticket from gorakhpur to chennai. Paid using upi,
Upi transaction id[protected]. But in ixigo app it is not updated and it is showing that i have not book any flights. Please resolve this problem and send me my flight ticket.
