Ixigo — Payment successful but ticket booking is failed

When I was booking tickets at 12:48 AM, then 289 rupees were deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked. I want a refund as soon as possible.

I wanted to book tickets twice, in which the payment was successful, but both the tickets have not been booked. One of the tickets have refund, but the second one has not refund.

The bookings were failed and both the transactions were refunded with ARN[protected] and[protected] on 11th Jan itself.
