Dear sir I tried to book a ticket from bargarh to visakhapatnam. First due to network issue canceled and got my refund of rs 540. But i tried again and money deducted and did not got the ticket. Order id - ixitr[protected] payment successful booking pending is showing. It will take 40min to confirm is showing. Its been a day. Please refund my money so that i can book my trip on time. The transaction was done and the booking is pending..We dint even get a message about the transaction as well as the booking...We cant even contact you, it is not reachable...pls contact or message us..we are really annoyed!!!
