[Resolved]  Ixigo — payment successful ticket not booked

I had tried to book a ticket in tatkal in 28 th april 2018 in sach kand express from bhopal to chalisgaon... When i tried to book... Payment get successful.. But ticket didn't booked... Money withdrawn from bank... But after payment get successful.. They show go to irctc... Then booking get failed..... And i didn't get my money which was taken for successful booking.. But booking is not done... So please immediately give my cash back
