[Resolved] Ixigo — payment was successful but train ticket not book

I made a transaction this morning from you app and it was successful. I have not received the ticket and after checking with my bank i got to know that transaction was successful and money got deducted towards merchandise that is ixigo.
I made the transaction through upi. I have also checked with irctc and they have not received any payment and they also told that money is stuck with ixigo
What happened to my money? When can i expect this to resolve?

Refund amount - INR 4456.38

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we wish to inform you that your booking could not be confirmed, as the transaction failed. The refund has already been initiated on October 20 and will reflect in your bank account in 7 working days. You should get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your bank account.

Please note: Saturday, Sunday and Festivals are not counted as working days.

I have not received my booking id, even after completing the payment. Even my ixigo cash hasn’t been deducted, there’s no update about my ticket and money has been deducted. I want my refund ASAP
