I had booked 4 tickets of shirdi which was not booked properly due to Which a msg came from ixigo that your money will be refunded in 5 days but it's not refunded plz find solution for this hope you may understand

I have a 2AC wait listed train ticket on 18463 Prashanti Express of May 30th 2018 from Vijaywada to Bangalore. I am not able to cancel the ticket or refunds in spite of making so many attempts.
