I received the message from ixigo regarding the cancelled ticket refund amount Raghunathan, your train booking for raghunathan, with pnr: [protected] & booking id: ixitr[protected] has been cancelled. Refund of rs.2490 has been initiated. It should reflect in your account within 5 days depending on your bank procedure. But amount not refunded to my bank account. Kindly do the needful. Actually i booked a train ticket from Chennai Central to Bangalore in Shatabdi Express Yesterday (31.05.2019) but the booking didn't take place not successfully only the amount from my account was taken when refund will be return for me i dono that details.
