[Resolved] Ixigo — refund . ( booking status not updating ) | |
I paid for my tickets before two days of travel ! It didn’t got booked but was on pending I contacted the ixigo service . They said it’s cancelled but they are not updating it’s status as cancelled ! It’s still on pending even after two days of the traveling date ! They should update it as cancelled so that I can get my money back but they aren’t ! Whenever I email them, they say it has been canceled n refund will reach you but then in app it’s still on pending list n they msg me on my no your booking is still pending !
