Ixigo — Refund incomplete | |||
As a reply to your response let me be clear about what actually happened : I had to rebook the ticket because I got the mail that the payment was unsuccessful but the amount was debited and I also got the ticket . And the ticket wasn't shown on the app So I was asked to book another ticket via the link in the mail . Why would I book twice for the same person on the same date on the same train ? Either update your app into a user friendly interface or please make it into an app which processes with clarity ! I've booked over 20 plus tickets in this year and it's the second time I'm facing this The below is the link that I got via the mail from ixigo to rebook the tickets . Ixigo doesn't provide ticket unless the payment is successful so the first time I got ticket I left the app . Then after few minutes I got this message from ixigo to my WhatsApp and also got the mail that I've attached with my previous complaint mail Ive spoke to my bank and upi service center and both have said the money was debited twice from my ACCOUNT to ixigo . Please do refund the cash which I was made to pay twice despite of me getting the first ticket . Why I had to retake for the same person on the same Train was because I was scared that the previous one must be invalid and that's why I got such a mail from your end . And also update your customer care service because I legit took all methods to reach you. But u couldn't ! None of the number's of the company works No reply for mails I sent and also no in-app user friendly service Was this information helpful? | |||
