Ixigo — Refund inquiry

Sir i was completing the process of booking rail ticket... Amount deducted from account but but... At last step of booking process... It became failed... And i got a message that the money will be credited in my account within 5/7 days but not com refund. My booking date 14/08/2020. My booking id - ixitr[protected] kushinagar lokmanya tilak
