While booking the ticket in ixigo app, the amount has been taken successfully by the ixigo. And i forget the password finally. So the booking cancelled and money has been deduced. While trying for a password i deduced my money three times.in the ixigo app they said that money will refunded 17th oct. But today is 17th. The money had not yet refunded. This is the money where i want to pay exam fees. Please help me sir,

We wish to inform you that refunds have been already processed to your bank and complete transaction details have been shared over e-mail. Kindly check your bank statement once as some banks don't notify via sms when refund is credited.
