[Resolved] Ixigo — refund is not returned | |||||
While booking the ticket in ixigo app, the amount has been taken successfully by the ixigo. And i forget the password finally. So the booking cancelled and money has been deduced. While trying for a password i deduced my money three times.in the ixigo app they said that money will refunded 17th oct. But today is 17th. The money had not yet refunded. Verified Support Oct 24, 2018 Ixigo Customer Care's response Hi Alagar Raj, Greetings from ixigo We wish to inform you that refunds have been already processed to your bank and complete transaction details have been shared over e-mail.
