We have booked a flight from ixigo to travel in April 2020. But due to lockdown the flight was cancelled
As mentioned by DGCA that we can book flight by using credit shell
But now when I am trying to book flight with credit shell Its failing
When I contacted ixigo they are telling we cant use credit shell and whole money will be refunded
But when I ask then when it will get refund they don't have any answer
Please look at it and ask them to refund our money

We can see that refund for PNR LGYK2C was successful on 23rd September with ARN[protected]. For remaining 3 PNRs we have raised the refund request and shall update you within the next 7 days.
