Ixigo — refund money against train ticket booking failed but money deducted from my debit card | |||
Am kabiraj nayak, i had tried to book a train ticket between koraput to jharsuguda on 10th december 2017 bearing booking id ixitr[protected], but as i made transaction 948 rs. Deducted from my debit card account but i didn't get a ticket. So, i have made the ticket from a different site. As it is already 3 days passed but i didn't get my cash refund... I regret to state that this kind of problems should be resolved within 24hours. Hope ixigo will respond quickly... Was this information helpful? | |||

On March 26th, my account was cut 1120 rupees, .due to the absence of a farakka ticket booking from delhi. The money was not to be returned in 5 days in my account. It's been 5 days since my money was not returned, please send my money to my account very soon.
My train ticket booking failed on 1st june but till 8th June I did't get my refund. So plz send my cash asap.
