Am kabiraj nayak, i had tried to book a train ticket between koraput to jharsuguda on 10th december 2017 bearing booking id ixitr[protected], but as i made transaction 948 rs. Deducted from my debit card account but i didn't get a ticket. So, i have made the ticket from a different site. As it is already 3 days passed but i didn't get my cash refund... I regret to state that this kind of problems should be resolved within 24hours. Hope ixigo will respond quickly...

We'd like to inform you that sometimes due to network issue, transaction doesn't go through successfully. In such instances, if amount is charged, it is auto-refunded to your account in 5-10 working days depending on your bank.

On 09/12/17 I was booking ticket on ixigo but same time amount was deducted but I didn’t get the ticket details kindly please take further action .
On March 26th, my account was cut 1120 rupees, .due to the absence of a farakka ticket booking from delhi. The money was not to be returned in 5 days in my account. It's been 5 days since my money was not returned, please send my money to my account very soon.
I wanted to book my train ticket from kolkata to bolpur . After making the payment from debit card, it showed that some problem occurred. I didn't get my ticket and also Rs 725 transaction was done.
IXIGO should look upon this matter and respond me as soon as possible.
