[Resolved]  Ixigo — Refund money for booking ticket

Hi, i have booked a bus ticket through ixigo app worth rs.1070 the money got deducted and transaction was successful but did not receive the ticket or any confirmation regarding the same. Please do the needful

Ixigo Customer Care's response Hey, we can see that the booking was failed and the amount debited was refunded the same day towards the payment source. Let us know for any further assistance.
