I’ve tried booking 2 Tatkal tickets from Ahmedabad to Vadakara on 14/07/2023 (Friday) for a journey on 15/07/2023 (Saturday), but after the money was paid, I received a message from IRCTC telling me that the slots were all full and the refund has been initiated.
Ixigo customer care had also sent me a message on WhatsApp saying that the transfer will be done soon.
After some time I did receive the refund on my ixigo money max and I transferred the same back to my debit card through which I did the transaction in the beginning.
In the Ixigo app it is been shown that the money has been transferred to my debit card, but the thing is that I haven’t received my money even after all these days.
P.S : the amount is Rs 4728
