Hello sir, kindly note on 4th january 2018 night around 10:40pm. I was booking train tickets for 03 person in 19061 ramnagar xp. For 19may 2018 from borivali to bareily jn. Although the money i. E. An amount of rs 3993/- was deducted, but no booking occured. It showed that money will be refunded in 10 days. Please help me to get money as soon as possible plz.
