[Resolved]  Ixigo — refund my ixigo train booking money

Hello i booked ticket from ixigo on 11th april but the ticket has not been confirmed and also my money deducted from the account and today is 13th day from the date money is not refunded by ixigo pls let me know when will i get my money i am attaching the screenshot of transaction and the mail i received from ixigo pls send my money fast bcs its been 13th day.

We wish to inform you that refund is successfully processed on 13th April to your bank account & our team has also shared the ARN number over e-mail with you. Kindly check your bank statement once as some banks don't notify via sms when refund is processed.

I have cancelled my train ticket bt i didnt got my refund till now.I also sent one detailed letter to ixigo as well. But didnt get any reply.
