I booked 2 tickets from kuttippuram to karunagappally on 09/03/2022 and train was on 12/03/2022 and only 1 ticket got confirmed and other one got cancelled and i havent got refund for that ticket till now ! Apr 17, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved It was my mistake i didnt knew to file a tdr to get refund of a partially confirmed ticket ! “this was a partially confirmed ticket and the ticket either had to be cancelled or a TDR had to filed as per IRCTC rules. We can see that the ticket was not cancelled and TDR was not filed hence refund is not applicable” Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
