Ixigo — Refund not credited to my account(IXITRS[protected] IXITRS[protected])

I have booked train tickets through ixigo app on 30-Apr.The booking numbers wereIXITRS[protected]
IXITRS[protected], which were cancelled in last minute.In their app it shows the amount was refunded but I didn't receive to my account and there is no proper response in customer care the automatic chat service not giving any proper replies.I need my money back.

Dear Geetha, we would like to inform you that an amount of INR. 425 and INR 85 have already been refunded to your source account on 7 May 2023.

Since you've mentioned that the amount has not been received by you, we request you to get in touch with your bank by sharing the ARN[protected] and[protected] respectively using which they will be able to trace the refunded amount. We would like to clarify that the ARN numbers provided are sufficient proof of the refund processed from our end.
