I haven’t received my refund yet. I canceled multiple trips and as per the instructions I waited for 5 days. But still I didn’t receive my money back. I’ve received a message wihich states that my refund has been initiated. Please take action ASAP.

Booking for your Surat (ST) - Rampur Hat (RPH) train with Booking ID: IXITR[protected] was not confirmed. Refund of Rs. 720 not received in my Ubi a/c after 8 days. I am getting their reply that your money will be refunded but yet not credited.
