Dear Sir I have book my ticket from delhi cantt to marwar junction on 31-12-21 but due to some circumstance train has cancelled so we applied for ticket cancellation ...while we were cancelling the ticket if showing us our refund amount after deduction of irctc fee and we agreed for it but after cancellation it showing no refund would credit to account ..why if there were not refunding the amount they have to say to us before cancel of ticket not after cancellation and i have all the proof while we were cancelling the ticket even we were not able to file TDR also ... WE tried to contact the customer care but both email id and number were showing not in use this is disgusting
i request to please look into the query and solve my issue its not the money matter its about before cancel of ticket they say something and after cancel they say something now we need our refund
