[Resolved]  Ixigo — Refund not processed and pending for over 2 months now

On 11th June I booked a ticket via ixigo and the money was deducted from my account but in few minutes I got a mail and itsaid the payment was unsuccessful and if money was deducted it will be refunded back in a day and I had to rebook the tickets .
Amount of Rs.593 was deducted twice from my Account
I tried contacting the customer care service and no help was made from them.not even a proper source of help .
It's over 1.5 months now that I've not got the refund of the money
Kindly do the needful as it's a pandemic period and it's a high time even a penny is precious
Please try to refund asap

Hey Satwika,

As checked there are 3 payment attempts for INR 593 on 11th June and we received only 2 payments made at 6:32 PM and 7:53 PM which were against confirmed bookings. The first payment at 6:26 PM was failed and we have not received the credit. Kindly check with your UPI service provider on this for assistance and reversal

As a reply to your response let me be clear about what actually happened :
I had to rebook the ticket because I got the mail that the payment was unsuccessful but the amount was debited and I also got the ticket .
And the ticket wasn't shown on the app
So I was asked to book another ticket via the link in the mail .
Why would I book twice for the same person on the same date on the same train ?
Either update your app into a user friendly interface or please make it into an app which processes with clarity !
I've booked over 20 plus tickets in this year and it's the second time I'm facing this
The below is the link that I got via the mail from ixigo to rebook the tickets .
Ixigo doesn't provide ticket unless the payment is successful so the first time I got ticket I left the app .
Then after few minutes I got this message from ixigo to my WhatsApp and also got the mail that I've attached with my previous complaint mail
Ive spoke to my bank and upi service center and both have said the money was debited twice from my ACCOUNT to ixigo .

Please do refund the cash which I was made to pay twice despite of me getting the first ticket .
Why I had to retake for the same person on the same Train was because I was scared that the previous one must be invalid and that's why I got such a mail from your end .
And also update your customer care service because I legit took all methods to reach you. But u couldn't !
None of the number's of the company works
No reply for mails I sent and also no in app user friendly service

महोदय जी मेरा नाम श्री गोपाल है मेरे लड़के के नाम
मेरी 2 टिकट देल्ही से बैकाकँ की 22/02/20 को बुक कराई थी जोकी करोना के कारण प्लेन कैसिंल हो गई थी जिसका पैसा अभी तक वापस अभी तक नही आया हमारी टिकट का पी यन आर नम्बर B87INJ है मैने इस नम्बर पर 5 बार बात की मगर कोई भी सन्तोष पूरबक जवाब नही मिला कोई कहता आपके खाते से पैसा ही डेवीड नही हुआ कोई कहता कि आपका प्लेन चाईना का था ईसलिये उनसे बात करो जब की मेरे मोबाईल मे 16/04/20 को मैसेज ixigo से कि आपका पैसा 72 घँटें मे भेज देंगें जो कि आज तक नहीं ईस प्रकार ixigo पर से विशवाश उठ जायेगा इसलिय महोदय हमारा पैसा रिफण्ड करने की कृपा करे
जबकी मैन पैसा ixigo को दिया इस लिये पैसा आप हमे दें
