[Resolved]  Ixigo — refund not received on train ticket cancellation

I cancelled my waiting list train ticket using ixigo app. The ticket was booked using the same app. I have received refund amount on my first ticket but did not receive refund for my return ticket which was cancelled very immediate after first.
Ixigo does not have customer care number, they have so called help centre where i tried to chat several time but no response from them. Now i dont know how i can contact them they even not specified any transaction number so my bank is unable to help me without transaction number
