[Resolved]  Ixigo — Refund not reflected in my bank

I didn't received refund in my bank, even when the app is showing refund sent. App is telling me to contact bank. I didn't received any RRN number, can you please send an RRN/ARN no related to these booking.
Refund was suppose to be reflected by 19/02/2021,
but it didn't
