[Resolved]  Ixigo — Refund not reflecting in bank account.

I was booking tickets from Tatanagar to Bangalore on October 26th 2022 and the app was not working at all.
After the payment was transacted the irctc login page capcha had some issues because of which I couldn't login and the booking failed.
After which I tried to transfer the amount in the ixigo money max to my bank account but on further checking I found that it hasn't been refunded.
I strictly want my refund at the very earliest. Otherwise there might be consequences.
