[Resolved]  Ixigo — Refund not sent to bank account

I have booked 3 tickets from bhandara to pune . But due to some reason i had to cancle it. The amount was then sent to Ixigo money max and then i transferred it to my bank account . But still the amount has not reflected on my bank account
