[Resolved]  Ixigo — Refund of cancelled booking

I had a cancelled booking by ixigo
Booking id IF[protected]
ARN 74332742243224200888323

The refund was processed on 31st August
I am yet to receive the refund
Bank has also told me that the refund amount has not been credited to the account from where the payment was made
I want ixigo to please urgently look into the matter.
