Hi,
I booked flight for my family from new delhi-raipur and want to cancel now as because of covid-19 non of the domestic flights are working. So i called ixigo and airline to cancel the flights, and asked for the refund.
In return i got a reply from
Ixigo - they dont know anything, consult airline.
Airline - that they will not refund the amount.
I want my full refund as i want to travel but because of covid -19 i couldnt. And that's not my problem.
I did my booking from ixigo, so ixigo needs to refund me. Why would i chase different channels.
Are your executives not fully informed about the situation actions. Please train them so that we would not face "half information" problem.

2) mr. Mangal giri pnr - hr94g ticket number - [protected] amount - rs 1901/-

But i need my full refund.
