[Resolved] Ixigo — refund of train cancelled ticket | |||
Dear sir, I had booked a train ticket for journey from jammu to lucknow on 6th october 2019 by train no 12238 with pnr no. [protected]. The same was cancelled and refund was initiated on 25.07.2019. I have received the following detail of the refund made. But the same has not been credited to my account linked with the debit card used. Kindly look into the matter and arrange for the refund. I want my money back The ticket was not booked but still my money was deducted its been like 3 weeks already ixigo havent refunded my money yet so please do it or else i lm going to take action..When I talk with xigo center they are just ignoring it is this the way how they treat their customer ...
