Ixigo — Refund related issued

I've booked ticket from Mumbai to Jaipur for 21st january, 2022 but the airline cancelled the booking for which refund has been processed by airline but still not refunded to me by Ixigo. My name is GAUTAM MODI.
Booking Id: IF[protected]. Please process my refund as soon as possible.

Refund has, been processed in January and received by ixigo but ixigo has not paid the amount back... Please do the needful as soon as possible
