[Resolved]  Ixigo — Refund required

I booked a train ticket of 25 december evening and the money was deducted from my account but the booking was not succesful and they told me they will refund my money and 48 hours have passed but no money has been credited to my account . Pls help as i desperately need my money back it was almost close to a 1000 rupees for 2 tickets.

They refunded a few hours after my complaint on this site thank you ixigo they didn't even cut a single rupee.
Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

As you opted for free cancellation, a refund of Rs.180 has been initiated. It should reflect in your account by 25 Dec 2021
