I booked a ticket on 26.03.25 at 8
27Am and the booking was unsuccessful whereas money was deducted from my account.
INR 4191 spent on Kotak Bank Card x9718 on 26-MAR-2025 at WWW IXIGO COM.
This message I recieved from bank.
I had received a mail for refund from ixigo on 26.03.25 At 11.46Am
I reached Customer support through chat, two-three times, they said that I will get refund at 26 Mar 2025, 12:44 pm.
I got a refund in Ixigo money max at 12:30 pm today but automatically it was deducted from ixigo money account and the ticket booking was successful.
Meanwhile, I have booked a ticket from IRCTC official website.
I have not received refund at stated time .So I talked to ixigo customer support executive who denied to refund my money and said to cancel the ticket.
Now if I cancel the ticket, I will incur a loss of ₹600 .All the proofs are attached for your reference.
I hope you will understand the situation and resolve the issue after 4 Hrs ticket pulled out by ixigo request you to please take a necessary action and resolve my issue with my refund Was this information helpful? |
