[Resolved] Ixigo — Refund stuck for 8 months | |
I booked a ticket via ixigo in January 2020 and the flight was cancelled. But still ixigo's system showed that i travelled by that ticket. Its been 8 months and they are just making excuses. Its been 8 months and they are still waiting for airline to confirm my refund. My 6500 is stuck for 8 months and they are paying no heed. Everytime when i ask for my refund status they aak for more time. Its their duty to get the confirmation from airline as soon as possible. I will attach some Twitter chat pics. I am a middle class maths teacher and 6500 means a lot to me. Ixigo is just delaying it by making excuses of airline confirmation. Please look into this matter Was this information helpful? | |
Aug 13, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Aug 25, 2020 Ixigo Customer Care's response Kartik, Your refund request is already raised under RA number [protected] and pending for approval from the airline. We do not control the airline timelines and have raised the request following the prcoedure shared by the airline. We would be glad to process the refund once it is approved. Thanks. Team ixigo | |
